Congratulations and thank you for becoming a Coqui Ally! By submitting the online application, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of the business. You grant Coqui permission to display the information provided on the Coqui App, which is available on Android and Apple platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Coquí, its owners, management and employees, partners, affiliates, service providers, users and other Allies harmless from any claims, damages, losses or legal actions arising from users, businesses, governmental entities or civil authorities. These protections apply regardless of fault and remain in effect even after you stop participating in the program.

You or Coqui may terminate this agreement at any time and remove your business from the Coqui App for any reason by emailing support@getcoqui.com. Thank you for your commitment to your community and to the values and spirit of this nation.
